What is home loan ? |
|
- A basic housing loan is used for purchase of a new home which covers cost of the villa/flat and parking space, deposits and charges, stamp duty and registration charges.
- Any person, including Non Resident Indians, with a steady source of income can borrow funds for financing the cost of the house from housing finance companies and banks
- Loans are generally disbursed up to a maximum of 85% of the cost of the house. The balance 15% cost of the house is to be funded by the purchaser. Repayment period options range generally from 5 to 20 years.
- All projects are pre-approved for grant of home loans by leading housing finance companies and banks.
- The sales team can help liaise with Housing Finance Institutions for processing the loan, documentation and disbursement of loans.

Are the prices subject to fluctuations vis-Ã -vis material costs or similar costs? |

Does the house come fully furnished? |

No. But you may avail our interior design consultancy services. Simply contact our sales team if you would like to furnish your villa/flat or do up your interiors |
Can the design of the apartments be changed? |
|
No. All apartments shall be as per design and elevation given by the builder. This ensures that all apartments have a similar look and that the elevation is consistent. However, minor internal changes can be made upon request.

When will I get the property registered in my name? |
|
The sale deed for the undivided share in the land will be registered in the name of the buyer by the Promoter / Builder on receipt of the entire payment of the villa/flat as per the payment schedule. Cost of stamp paper, registration charges, legal and miscellaneous expenses, in connection with the registration of undivided share in land are to be borne in full by the purchasers. |
What would be the additional expenses? |

Other expenses to be borne by the purchaser include:
- Registration Charges.
- BWSSB
- KEB and Generator
- All Amenities.
- Car Parking.
- Any Taxes that are levied by the government in connection with the said property.
- Charges for additions / alterations from standard specifications shall be extra.

Are the plans in the website drawn to scale? |

The plans are not drawn to scale and are included only for the purpose of identification. The measurements shown in the plan are indicative and may vary. All measurements and specifications shown in the website are subject to minor variations without specific or general notice. All such variations / alterations shall be purely at the discretion of the builders. |
What would be the cancellation charges? |

In the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking of a villa/flat, cancellation charges @ 2% of the total cost as per the agreement for construction and sale value of the undivided share will be forfeited.Incidental expenses occurred will be extra. |
How can I track the status of the project? |
|
We are always at your service to answer your queries. You may contact us on the project status. Completion and delivery dates are only indicative in nature, so as to give an idea of probable completion of the project. Every effort will be made to complete and handover the project within the stipulated time.

How good is the availability of water ? |
|
Water availability and quality at the sites chosen at The Greens are
excellent. Currently the water source is from borewells but
BWSSB has guaranteed (and the necessary pro-rata charges have
been paid) that as soon as Cauvery water reaches the area, The
Greens will receive BWSSB water.

How do I book an apartment? |
|
Bookings can be directly confirmed to our sales team by payment of Rs. 25,000/- and signing the booking form. A receipt will be provided for the same. Please note that bookings are on a first-come-first-serve basis. We will not hold or block any apartment without receiving the booking amount. |
